Tip: These are short walks from Myeongdong Station (Line 4) and Euljiro 1-ga / Euljiro 4-ga Stations (Line 2). At single-menu places, just say the dish name plus "주세요" (juseyo, please) — e.g. "칼국수 주세요". Hadongkwan can close early when the broth runs out, so go before lunch.
